The 2 hour introductory is an opportunity to learn some basic pole spins and seductive moves and by the end of the session you will be able to do your very own pole dance routine!
Every session starts with a warm up where you will need comfortable clothing and trainers. Tracksuit pants or shorts are fine, and a vest top or t-shirt.
The warm up typically lasts 20 minutes.
You can of course use your trainers for the main session, however; it is recommended that you bring heels that you are comfortable in.
For comfortable clothing, shorts are recommended as you need bare legs to grip the pole better.
On the day of your class, try not to wear any moisturiser or any cream for your skin as this makes gripping the pole more difficult.
Water will be provided at the venue, additional drinks can be purchased from the bar.
Arrive with time to get changed into your warm-up attire.
Each session ends with a cool down period.
Our introductory sessions run frequently and details of booking a place on the next pole-dancing session can be found on our timetable.
